A cordial welcome to the Hofschänke, our museum restaurant!

We would be delighted to welcome you as our guest in our wonderful restaurant with its antique setting. Our restaurant, which is in the former barn that belonged to the Roscheider Hof estate and has been decorated with old oven and chimney plates, provides seating for 120 people. Right in front of the restaurant is a marvellous terrace with a beer garden under the chestnut trees that also seats about 180 people. Of course you can visit the restaurant and the beer garden without having to pay the museum entrance fee.

Hours of opening:
Tues-Sun: 11 a.m. - 11 p.m., closed on Mondays
All-day kitchen. Coffee and cakes in the afternoon.
After the museum closes there is easy access to the restaurant via the side entrance immediately adjacent to the main entrance to the museum.

Children
are welcome here. We have 4 high chairs for really small children. You will find various dishes on our menu especially for children.

Activity days at the museum:
Please note that we offer a special menu on the museum's activity days (museum fair, children's day, craft day, farmer's market, etc.). When the weather permits we may even serve you specialities from our charcoal barbecue.

Parking
There is plenty of parking for cars, buses and bicycles right in front of the museum.

Party service
There is no need for you to have to do without our culinary delights at celebrations in your own home as we offer a party service.
